Review current vacancies listed in the section below. Positions are also advertised in national newspapers and KDIC's official channels.

Prepare Your Application

Prepare your CV, cover letter, copies of academic certificates, and any other required documents as specified in the job advertisement.

Submit Your Application

Send your application via email to careers@kdic.go.ke or through the online portal linked in the job advertisement, before the closing date.

Shortlisting & Interviews

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for written tests and/or panel interviews. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates will receive a formal offer letter and will undergo KDIC's structured onboarding programme.

Young Professionals

Internships & Attachments

KDIC offers structured internship and industrial attachment programmes for undergraduate and recent graduate students looking to gain hands-on experience in deposit insurance, financial regulation, and public financial management.

Open to undergraduate students and recent graduates
Structured 3–6 month programmes with mentorship
Exposure to real KDIC projects and functions
Stipend provided to approved interns

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1Currently enrolled in an accredited Kenyan university or college
  • 2Minimum 2nd Upper Class division (or equivalent)
  • 3Studying a relevant field: Finance, Economics, Law, IT, Actuarial Science, Communications, or related
  • 4Minimum 3 months remaining in programme at time of application
  • 5Provide a letter from your institution confirming the attachment requirement
