Our Approach

All KDIC procurement is governed by the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 (PPADA) and the associated regulations.

KDIC publishes all tender notices, awards, and monthly procurement reports to ensure full accountability to the public.

All suppliers are evaluated on merit using predetermined criteria. KDIC does not accept gifts or engage in preferential treatment.

KDIC encourages participation from local SMEs, youth enterprises, and women-owned businesses in line with PPADA preferences.
