Confidential Reporting

Whistleblower Portal

Report suspected misconduct, fraud, or unethical behaviour at KDIC or a member institution, securely and confidentially. Anonymous submissions are fully supported.

Protected under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and KDIC's Whistleblower Protection Policy.

How It Works

The process is simple, secure, and confidential. Anonymous reports are fully supported at every step.

1

Choose Your Level of Anonymity

You may submit anonymously (no identity recorded) or provide contact details for acknowledgement. Anonymous reports are fully supported.

2

Describe the Concern

Provide as much detail as possible, including dates, names if known, the institution involved, and the nature of the misconduct or fraud.

3

Receive a Reference Number

After submission you receive a unique reference number. This is the only way to track your report. Save it securely.

4
