How to Register as a KDIC Supplier
Pre-qualification applications are reviewed quarterly. Follow these steps to apply.
Check Eligibility
Confirm your business is registered in Kenya, has a valid tax compliance certificate, and is registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
Download Application Form
Download the KDIC Supplier Pre-Qualification Form from this page or collect a physical copy from the KDIC Procurement Unit at Head Office.
Prepare Documents
Prepare certified copies of: Certificate of Incorporation, CR12, PIN Certificate, Tax Compliance Certificate, PPRA Registration Certificate, and relevant professional certificates.
Submit Application
Submit your completed application form and all supporting documents to the KDIC Procurement Unit by email or in person. Applications are reviewed quarterly.

KDIC actively encourages applications from youth enterprises, women-owned businesses, and PWD enterprises in line with PPADA 2015 preferences.
